Welcome to our website! The NC-SC Motor Maids meet once or twice a month in different
areas of our district. Our dinner meetings and outings are well attended for some good riding, fun, and girl talk. The idea
behind the dinner meetings is to spread out and cover most of the district so everyone could attend at least one or two meals.
The outings are a great time to get to know our fellow Motor Maids. Alot of our "newbies" have experienced
some really good fun with our seasoned travelers! We also try to plan different types of meetings for budgetary purposes.
The main idea is to meet ladies that enjoy riding a motorcycle.
Along
the way, we learn interesting facts about our fellow Motor Maids. We all lead different lives, have personal gains and
losses, and have had life altering moments. I have noticed one important asset among our group of ladies...we
all unite together as sisters and support each other. While riding a motorcycle can be good therapy, having a friend
to chat with occasionally is even greater therapy!
The season is still in
full swing! (That's the advantage of being a Carolina Girl....year-round riding!)
Safety plays a big factor now with motorcycle accidents happening more and more every day. Please remember
your safety skills and be aware of all obstacles around you while riding. If you don't care to ride alone, pick up the
phone and call a friend! Better yet, call a fellow Motor Maid!!
